Abstract
In February 2025, WiRL submitted evidence to the Public Accounts Committee to inform the Committee’s inquiry on VAWG. The submission draws together recent evidence and knowledge from WiRL members who include women with lived experience of claiming asylum in the UK, and legal practitioners, advocates and researchers who work in this area and support them.
